How to play Crypt Stack
Master normal, Rune, and high-speed Comet blocks while using perfect streaks to protect the tower from a fatal miss.

Scoring & progression
Build height without losing your landing area
Each successfully placed block adds one to your tower score. Your personal best is the number of blocks stacked, not the tower's pixel height. A partial overlap cuts off the overhanging section, leaving a narrower base for the next block. A complete miss ends the run unless a Soul Ward is ready.

What to watch in Crypt Stack
Perfect drops and Soul Wards
A centered landing counts as perfect. Build three ritual charges to earn a Soul Ward, which rescues one complete miss. A perfect Comet adds two charges; a well-caught Comet can preserve the ritual without being perfectly centered.
Rune blocks and Comets
Every fifth block is supernatural. Rune blocks can restore lost width, while Comets move faster and reward a clean catch. The moving blocks also speed up as the tower grows. Watch the current block rather than repeating the same rhythm from earlier drops.
Build a better run
Crypt Stack strategies
- Align the centers of the moving block and the tower. Tracking just one edge becomes misleading as the tower narrows.
- When you have lost a lot of width, prioritize a secure overlap over chasing a perfect at the last instant.
- After a Rune restores width, use the larger landing area to rebuild your ritual. A saved Ward is useful insurance for a later Comet.
Common questions
Before your next attempt
Why did part of my block fall away?
Only the overlap with the previous block stays on the tower. The overhang breaks off; the remaining width becomes your next landing area.
Does a Soul Ward last for the rest of the run?
No. It rescues one complete miss and is consumed. You can earn another through perfect landings.
Where is my personal best saved?
Your best is stored in this browser on this device. There is no account or online leaderboard. Clearing this site's browser data removes the saved record; using another device or browser starts with its own record.
