Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Zombii Arcade website and its browser games. Zombii Arcade does not require an account, ask you to create a player profile, or send your game scores to us.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and access time to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose service issues.

Device-local game data

The arcade saves your personal best scores and whether you have dismissed a mobile control tip in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device, is not sent to Zombii Arcade, and is not linked to an account or used for advertising. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Analytics and advertising status

Zombii Arcade does not currently display Google AdSense ads or other third-party advertising, and does not currently use a third-party analytics service. We have placed Google's AdSense code on the site to connect it for AdSense review, but we have not enabled ad units or Auto ads.

If Google approves the site and we later enable analytics or advertising, we will update this policy before or when it is enabled. Advertising will remain separate from game controls, gameplay actions, and other high-interaction areas of the arcade.

If analytics or advertising is added

If we later enable Google Analytics or Google AdSense, Google and selected advertising technology providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers for measurement, ad serving, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and, where permitted and selected, ad personalization.

Before that happens, we will update this policy to identify the analytics and advertising setup, describe the information involved, and link to information about Google's data practices. We do not send the contents of support emails, account credentials, or other directly identifying information to advertising providers.

Cookies and future consent

The device-local game data described above is used only to support the arcade experience. We have not enabled ad units, Auto ads, or an advertising consent experience. Google's AdSense connection code may receive standard technical request information and use cookies or similar identifiers while it verifies and reviews the site. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose the site, as described above.

Before enabling Google Analytics or advertising, we will configure the applicable privacy choices and consent experience. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, that includes a Google-certified consent management platform for the applicable advertising setup. Messages you send to us

If you contact us, we use the information in your message only to respond, investigate the issue, or handle the request. Please do not send sensitive information you do not want us to receive.

Children's privacy

Zombii Arcade is not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not currently display personalized advertising. If we introduce advertising, we will apply the appropriate child-directed treatment before serving ads to any page or area we identify as child-directed. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us so we can review the request.
